Dr Azma Abd Hamid
CEO / Learning Strategist
With more than 35 years experience in education, Dr Azma is an advocate of e- Learning. Her teaching experiences included stints in the USA, Mexico and Malaysia.
She graduated with her basic degree and a Masters in Education from Louisiana State University and pursued her post graduate studies at Teachers College, Columbia University New York.
She has had the opportunity to serve a public and private universities and the corporate sector. During her tenure at the university she presented papers in many regional and national seminar and conferences.
Focusing on designing teaching and learning content, she continually searches for effective and efficient modes of content delivery, which had led her path to e- learning initiatives. It has since been her passionate pet project that is close to her heart for the past decade.
Her dedicated involvement in e-learning additionally, allows her not only to implement solutions to apply the knowledge of e-learning but also to plan with industry clients especially on the area of e-content deployment.
In addition to this Dr Azma continuously seeks the opportunities to work with teachers. She believes that working with teachers is an efficient way to improve the overall education, for one teacher will touch the lives of many students.
Dr Azma is also actively involved in community service projects. One social inclusion project where she is the project champion won the approval of MOSTI for a DAGS Grant. The Say No To Dadah Project is now a project under the Jabatan Pelajaran Wilayah Persekutuan KL. She is currently the chairman of a volunteer group called Together We Make A Difference and she servers as an IT champion for Pertubuhan Anak-Anak Yatim Darul Aminan Seremban. She is also an active volunteer for Reach Out Malaysia, Klang Chapter and is heading a project for the hardcore poor called Ringan Beban Project.
Wan Adli Wan Hassan
Wan Adli carries almost two decades of experience in implementing IT solutions to his corporate customers. He specializes in e-learning and web-based development. He started his career with a local MNC at the age of 21 and was quickly made into a senior executive.
He was eventually hired by a subsidiary of a Singapore public listed company as a Technical Director at the age of 24 to lead a team of system developers focusing on enterprise portal and e-learning solutions.
He eventually left to form his first company, Content Capital Sdn Bhd, in 2003. The company has served numerous corporate bodies and government agencies solving their enterprise e-learning and portal needs. Content Capital’s portfolio includes the Attorney General’s Chambers, Royal Military Airforce, Sumitomo Bank of Japan, Prudential Insurance, Maybank Berhad and Bank Negara.
He also played a key role in the planning, development and deployment of the Learning Management System for INTAN; one of the biggest e-learning implementation in the country. The system design was created to serve the entire 1.4million government servants nationwide.
Wan Adli is a proud alumnus of Acadia University, Canada where he spent 4 years completing his Bachelor of Computer Science with Specialization in Business Information Processing. Subsequently he pursued his Masters of Computer Science degree from University Malaya in 2003.
He sits in the studies, programme and curriculum review committee for University Malaya’s Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology where his wisdom, expertise and experience is sought after.
Wan Adli enjoys the challenge of solving real world problems and turning it into a business opportunity. He has invested in several ventures to name a few. This lead him to be appointed as a business coach and mentor with Cradle’s Coach and Grow program where he is assigned to help few other startup companies to refine their business and secure funding for growth.
His other professional activity includes being the Regional Director of BNI Malaysia. BNI is the biggest professional business referral organisation in the world where he is providing support to close to 400 business owners. He is also a member of the Malaysian Mensa Society.
Wan Adli has completed the National Federation of NeuroLinguistic Programming (NFNLP) Practitioner Certification by Dr Wil Horton.
